She also serves as the Programming Director on the AIGA DC Board of Directors.

    In charge of enhancing the association's reputation in health care through visually captivating design, ensuring a unified brand identity across all channels. Collaborates with corporate leaders and internal stakeholders, employing design thinking to drive industry initiatives. Led the 2021 AHIP rebrand, website redesign, and multi-faceted brand implementation strategy to position the organization as the industry leader in making health care more affordable and accessible.

    Takes an active role in Board architecture and strategy to ensure efficient, high-quality operations and programming. Leads a team of Board Chairs to produce the Chapter’s key initiative programs, including DC Design Week, Creative Review, SHINE, and CreateAthon.

    Planned and executed the 2023 SHINE Mentorship program for 50 participants. The 4-month program matched mentees to mentors to work through professional development, technical skill training, and portfolio projects during the four-month program.

    Developed and implemented design strategies for the company and dozens of its clients. Informed and created graphics across traditional and digital channels from social media to internal communications. Mentored junior design staff on best practices and use of the brand.

    Led creative direction of marketing materials from concept to completion across more than a dozen mediums for corporate and government clients, including the U.S. EPA ENERGY STAR®.

  • September 2011 - December 2015

    Oversaw the Institute’s design and development of digital media and entire brand refresh. Executed the rebrand of the organization, strategically establishing EEI as an industry leader with a modernized approach and a strong focus on smart energy resources. This included the logo design, brand guideline refresh, website redesign, and meticulous integration of the brand throughout the two-level office redesign.
